Tine

Tine is a precision tuner, metronome and drone. The needle glides with your note and settles when you hold it, and the whole dial glows when you're in tune. It reads strings, winds, voice and piano (it hears a piano's true pitch, not its stretched overtones), with 35 instruments and tunings.

• Tuner: needle or strobe view, any A4 reference, instrument modes from violin and guitar to brass and voice.
• Metronome: a click that never drifts, tap tempo, subdivisions.
• Drone: a sustained reference pitch in any key, with pure intervals.
• Skins: from the soft Tine dial to a heads-up display and a lab oscilloscope.

Free, no ads, no account, no tracking. The microphone is analyzed on your phone; audio never leaves it.
